Wayne County Humane Society

Provides compassion to the animals entrusted in their care, they take a leadership role in educating & promoting humane values for cats and dogs.


Siouxland Off Leash Association

An all-volunteer organization started in 2002 holds annual fundraising events to support their Dog Park, shelter, and future projects benefiting the community.


Canadian Dogue De Bordeaux Club

This club's purpose is to encourage the improvement, advancement, and preservation of the breed through dog shows, obedience trials, and tracking events. To assist owners, breeders and the general public in furthering their knowledge and appreciation of the breed through educational programs.


Second Chance Animal Rescue

A non-profit, all-volunteer organization that incorporated in 1994. They are dedicated to rescuing, caring for and placing homeless dogs and cats. They also educate the public on respect for all animal life, including the importance of spaying and neutering in order to reduce the number of animals euthanized.


L.I.F.E. Animal Rescue

Since 1992, L.I.F.E. has brought new life to over 5000 animals. From the last days at the shelter, to starvation and injuries on the street, L.I.F.E. has turned tragedy into triumph. Their mission is to rescue homeless or abandoned dogs and cats and place them in permanent, responsible, and loving homes. L.I.F.E. is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization relying solely on donations to continue its work.


Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue

GRCGLAR has taken in over 2,000 Golden Retrievers since 2003 and our all-volunteer force numbers over 120 strong in six southern California counties. Folks who are forced to relinquish their dogs due to death, divorce or financial downturn know that GRCGLAR has the experience, knowledge and expertise to make the best possible placement for their dog.


Atlanta Humane Society

The AHS is the oldest private charitable organization in Atlanta; founded in 1873 the Society was originally chartered to protect women, children and animals and remained a child protection and animal welfare society for 79 years. Their sole mission now is to prevent neglect, abuse, cruelty, and exploitation of animals.
